Waiting Here for You: Hope in the One Who Makes All Things Happen

Life is often made up of , moments.

Luke 2:1-20
“…11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”

Why do we struggle to see God in the ordinary moments of our lives?

When we’re waiting on God, we can become so focused on what we hope will happen that we miss the beauty and purpose in what God is doing right now.

“In the waiting, don’t just hope for something to happen; hope in the One who makes all things happen.” Louie Giglio

God isn’t just present in the miraculous; He’s present in the mundane.

1. for God’s Plan in and Places

2. for God’s Announcement to Ordinary People

3. for God’s Glory to be revealed in the Ordinary

Galatians 4:4
“When the fullness of time had come,God sent forth His Son.”

God’s perfect plan unfolded through , everyday moments.

What if His work is already happening in the small, unnoticed parts of our lives?

This Christmas…Pay to the Present

This Christmas…Ask God to you where He is working.

This Christmas… the Ordinary

Luke 2:1-20…19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.

This Christmas… the Unexpected

“In the waiting, don’t just hope for something to happen; hope in the One who makes all things happen.”
