Our beliefs are shaped by the stories we embrace, whether consciously or unconsciously.

The Things We Do…

What you do on a regular basis you .

What you do on a regular basis reveals what you and shapes what you love.

Our daily habits have a profound impact on our spiritual formation.

Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales; rather, train yourself to be godly.

1 Timothy 4:7 (NIV)

Question to ask yourself…

What habits are we cultivating in our lives?

Are we allowing unhealthy patterns to take root?

Let us commit to habits that draw us closer to Jesus and reflect his character to the world.

The people we do life with…

Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.
    Proverbs 13:20 (NIV)

Do not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.”

    Questions to ask yourself…

Are we surrounding ourselves with fellow believers who encourage and challenge us in our faith?

Are we fostering relationships that reflect the love and grace of Christ?

Let us seek out a community that strengthens our walk with Jesus and spurs us on toward love and good deeds.

JESUS STANDARD: Love as I have Loved .

    The things I have experienced…

Push back with truth of Jesus

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
    John 8:32 (NIV)

Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.
    Proverbs 4:23  (NLT)

    Question to ask yourself…

How do we respond to adversity?

Do we allow our experiences to embitter us and lead us away from God, or do we surrender them to Christ, trusting that he can redeem even the darkest moments of our lives?

Are you to becoming more like Jesus?
