🎤 QUESTION 1 — GOD IS A GOD OF RESETS
“When you think about resets, what story in the Bible do you personally relate to — especially when it comes to restoring what feels lost or broken?”
‘I will restore to you the years the locust has eaten.’ Joel 2:25
Matthew 7:24–25, “Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock…”
“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17
🎤 QUESTION 2 — PRACTICAL RESET
“So if a couple is listening and thinking, ‘We need a reset,’ what are some practical, biblical ways to reset — starting right where they are?”
“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” Psalm 127:1
Psalm 51:10, ‘Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.’
Proverbs 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue…”
🎤 QUESTION 3 — HOPE FOR THE DISCOURAGED
“For couples — or really anyone — who feels discouraged and thinks, ‘We’re too far gone’ or ‘We’ve tried before,’ what hope can be offered?”
“the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy” (John 10:10).
“Do not let the sun go down on your anger.” Ephesians 4:26
“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15
Mark 16:7 (NKJV) “But go, tell His disciples—and Peter…”
A reset isn’t about changing the past but realigning our hearts with God. It’s choosing obedience, faith, and trust—regardless of how we feel or what we face—because true restoration starts with the change God works in us, not our circumstances.
