How long was Noah in the Ark?

Floodgates of the heavens and the fountains of the deep burst open on the 17th day of the 2nd month of Noah’s 600th year.

Water dried from the earth by the 1st day of the 1st month of Noah’s 601st year.

365 – 47 = 318

Noah and his family left the Ark by the 27th day of the 2nd month of his 601st year (1 month, 27 days later)

318 + 57 = 375

Plus, Noah and his family and the animals entered one week early.

375 + 7 = 382
