Why We Worship While We Wait
(Psalm 33)
- Waiting on God means I learn to live on what I know to be true about God when I don’t know what’s true about my life. – Mark Vroegop
We worship while we wait: why?
- Because of what God enjoys.
God enjoys us. God enjoys our worship. God enjoys our enjoyment of Him.
- Because of who God is.
-
Because of what God does.
The word of the Lord created the world.
The plan of the Lord guides history.
The eye of the Lord watches over his people.
