What is baptism?

Baptism of Jesus’ disciples
Baptism as testimony of faith in Jesus
Baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Spirit
Baptism as entrance into Jesus’ community of disciples
Baptism of believers of all peoples into Jesus’ church of all peoples

Why is baptism important?

The Bible commands it.
Jesus stresses it as a part of following him.
Baptism is a key uniting truth for Christians.
Baptism is listed as a central teaching of Christianity.

Why should I be baptized?

Jesus was baptized.
Jesus commanded every Christian to be baptized.
NT Christians were baptized.
Baptism pictures the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Baptism is a witness to others.
