Proverbs 1:7

Back to School Truths

• Begin with the Fear of the Lord           Proverbs 1:7

Living with reverence, awe, respect, and complete submission to Him.

Before algebra… Know God.

Before science… Honor God.

Before athletics… Seek God.

Before making friends… Walk with God.

The best way to start the school day… is to start with God.

• Walk in the Wisdom of the Holy Spirit           James 1:5

Knowledge is learning facts.

Wisdom is knowing how to apply those facts.

Knowledge answers questions.

Wisdom makes decisions.

Knowledge may help you pass a test.

Wisdom helps you pass life’s tests.

The Holy Spirit is our teacher!

• Live as a Witness Wherever You Go           Acts 1:8

School is more than a place to learn. It is a mission field

Sometimes the loudest sermon is a life lived with integrity.

Show Christ everywhere you go.
