Through Their Eyes – Wise Men

3 Biblical reasons why Jesus is worthy of all of our worship:

1. Because of WHO He IS!
2. Because of WHAT He has DONE!

“You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die.  But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”     Romans 5:6-8

“For He saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus.  And now he has made all of this plain to us by the appearing of Christ Jesus, our Savior, He has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality through the Good News.”  2 Timothy 1:9-10

The Good News is not just SOMETHING
the Good News is SOMEONE
and that someone is JESUS!!!

“For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”     Colossians 1:13-14

3. Because of WHAT He is Able to DO!

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”    Ephesians 3:20
