Walking Worthy

1. The Command

Paul says walk of the calling you have received. Live like the people you have become.

2. The Characteristics

A.  – remembering who we were when grace took hold of us.

B.  – not weakness, power under control.

C.  – believing God’s timetable is good.

D.  with one another in love – the commitment of my will to benefit another.

There is no place for  among the people of God.

3. The  Purpose

Make every effort to keep the  of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

4. The  Factors

Paul says we are…

C. One 

D. One 

E. One 

F. One 

G. One  and  of all

Where does this walk come from? What or who makes it possible?

2 Thes. 1:11-12

11 In view of this, we always pray for you that our God will make you worthy of his calling, and by his power fulfill your every desire to do good and your work produced by faith, 12 so that the name of our Lord Jesus will be glorified by you, and you by him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Hard Truth:

You will not be glorified if you aren’t being sanctified. If you aren’t being sanctified, you were never justified.
