Our in worship:    Reverence, Wonder, Thanksgiving

 

Our in worship:    God – the Father our Creator

                                                   The Son our Savior

                                                  The Spirit our Teacher

 Central symbols     –          

                                                    reminds us of what Christ

                                         

                                                   OT  place where people and brought sacrifices

                                                    NT  reminds us of perfect sacrifice for us

Our aim:      To worship God in                 

         God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24 (NIV)  

Order for worship:

Worshiping God is something we can do   

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God–this is your spiritual act of worship. Romans 12:1 (NIV)

 Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise–the fruit of lips that confess his name. Hebrews 13:15 (NIV)

is going to be most important in your life

If not God – it will and  

Discipleship challenge –  make worship a

                            6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD. Psalm 150:6 (NIV)
