Discussion Questions
- Paul was determined to follow God’s call, even if it meant imprisonment or death (Acts 21:13–14). What does Paul’s readiness teach us about surrendering to God’s will in our own lives?
- The sermon compared the “fanny pack” to being spiritually ready with essentials. What spiritual essentials do you think every Christian should keep “packed and ready”?
- Paul connected with the crowd by speaking their language (Acts 21–22). What are some “languages” you may need to learn—cultural, emotional, or relational—in order to connect with people around you?
- Noah emphasized the importance of telling your story. How comfortable are you sharing your testimony with others, and what makes it challenging or easy for you?
- In Acts 23:11, Jesus reminded Paul that He still had a plan for him. When you face discouragement or setbacks, what helps you hold on to God’s plan for your life?
- The sermon highlighted that if we are still breathing, God is not done with us. What might God be asking you to be “ready” for in this season of your life?
