Discussion Questions:

1. What’s your favorite genre of music? What characteristics of this music light a fire in you?
2. Music may get us emotional, but can you share with your group what lights a fire in your soul? Perhaps a cause, relationship, task, etc.
3. Do you agree or disagree that most people love comfort and personal well-being over almost anything else? Share what you have noticed in people’s choices and behavior.
4. Having a comfortable life is not life’s purpose. Nehemiah shows us this truth. What was his “why” that outweighs his well-being?
5. Can you share with your group your life’s purpose? How has God fashioned you for your purpose?
