Mark 15:37-39 NLT

Mark 15:42 NLT

Mark 16:2-7 NLT

2. We love to our losses

Discussion Questions:

  1. How many years have you celebrated Easter as a Christian? What traditions does your family have for celebrating Easter?
  2. 1 Corinthians 15:14,17 says that if Jesus didn’t rise from the grave, then all that we do as a church and your personal faith is useless (plus you are therefore still guilty of your sins). What are the implications of the resurrection of Christ? What would happen to gospel if the crucifixion was missing the resurrection?
  3. Watch and discuss the Babylon Bee “Disciples’ Hoax” comedy sketch video.
  4. Clayton presented 3 different “AH-HA” evidences for the truth of the resurrection. Use the rest of your time as a group to discuss the strengths or weaknesses of these arguments.
  5. How can this information support your walk with Jesus and your opportunities to share the Good News this week after Easter?
