Discussion Questions:
- Which of the 3 characters resonated the most with you? Lydia? The slave girl? The jailer?
- Lydia was acting religious but had no relationship with Jesus. Is that true still today?
- The slave girl was in double bondage and in need of rescue. How are people in bondage today?
- The jailer flat out asked, “How can I be saved?” What does this reveal about himself? And if you go back and read his story in Acts 16, what evidence do you find of a changed life after salvation?
- Share your defining moment of salvation.
- In the Christian life, Jesus is the real hero. Discuss.
