(27b) What binds us together isn’t age, similar backgrounds, similar economic status, music preferences, or favorite foods – what binds us together and makes us one is the gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul changes the illustration from politics to . A team is committed to the same – one mind. A team is committed to the same – one spirit. A team is committed to the same – striving together. A team is committed to the same – the faith of the gospel. Repent of a disunified spirit. Repair any disunified relationship. Reject any disunifying action. Live as citizens of heaven, in a manner that is worthy of the gospel.
