THE UNFORGIVABLE SIN

Notes:

A. WHAT IS SIN?

Hamartanó:

To (morally) .

To do wrong.

To against God.

“And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.” (Matthew 12:31-32)

B. WHAT IS THE “UNFORGIVABLE SIN”?

“Blasphemy against the Spirit” or speaking “against the Holy Spirit” is exactly what the were doing when interacting with Jesus.

It is and resisting and rejecting God’s work of you.

“No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them…” (John 6:44)

Today’s “Big Idea”:

A heart God’s love.

A heart God’s love.

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9 (ESV)
