John 12:19
The Word “World” and How it is used:
John brings up the Greeks that want an audience with Jesus because (a) they are standing in to the Pharisees who are flustered by the people following Jesus (b) and also these are the “world” in which the leaders are speaking.
Again the leaders to understand the significance of their words.
John 3:16-17
Certainly, Jesus is suggesting that every single person in the world will be .
The meaning of the word “world” depends on the

The point is that Jesus does not make distinctions between but will save that places their faith in Him — Even Samaritans (in the case of John 4).
There is race — the human race. There are many ethnolinguistic groups of people.
John 12:32
John 12:24 — The death of Jesus is in that not only will He die and His life be restored, but He gives to all of those who place their faith in Him.
Proper Catagories: Justification and Sanctification
: To be made right with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
: God’s work in the life of the one who has been justified — progressively making them more holy.
Sanctification happens in different ways and at different in the lives of the redeemed.
God uses our failures and lack of growth to teach us to solely on Him and not our own . We are weak. He is strong.
What happens when these categories get conflated?
We must remember that sanctification is the of God that follows justification.
When we conflate these categories, we make the of justification the n for justification.
Luke 9:23-27
To say that the condition of justification is to deny one’s self and take up the cross and follow Jesus is to the categories of justification and sanctification.
Genesis 15:6
Justification comes through Faithe in the finished work of Christ (To rest in what Christ has accomplished on our behalf)
