Obedience Based Discipleship (OBD) is the practice of leading groups of unbelievers — who are referred to as disciples — so notice that unbelievers can and are disciples in this — so this is leading this group of unbelievers or disciples into regular obedience to the commands of Jesus and this is done so that conversion will follow. 

Fatal Flaw: Conflates Law and Gospel in that one can be a true obedient disciple and not be converted.

To sum up: The invitation of Jesus is as broad as humanity is but not everyone will respond to it — but some will and those who respond are truly satisfied and become a channel by which the invitation of Jesus is extended to everyone around them.
