The local church is full of different people with different personalities — different interests and different ways of approaching different things but yet we are to one another and forgive one another just as Jesus has forgiven us. 

The Law and Gospel are helpful

Covenant of Works: “that which teaches us justification and life by doing” (William Strong)

Covenant of Grace: One is saved by grace alone
