4. The Leader’s Greatest Prayer — Wisdom.

1 Kings 3:7-9

Lord my God, you have made your servant king in place of my father David. But I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties. Your servant is here among the people you have chosen, a great people, too numerous to count or number. So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?”
Hosea 4:6

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

James 1:5

5. The Leader’s Greatest Joy — Adding Value to Others.

Living Word Family Church is creating the atmosphere so that God can ADD TO THE CHURCH DAILY THOSE WHO ARE BEING SAVED. We are making disciple makers – People are finding where they BELONG, bringing their BELIEFS in line with the Word & BECOMING the disciple God made them to be. We are BUILDING STRONG FAMILIES – Families are becoming strong and ministry minded. – Spouses are learning to be a strong team. Parents are becoming influential leaders of their children. – Children are becoming arrows in the hands of warriors. Singles are preparing themselves to be their best. Empty nesters are investing their experience to disciple younger families. We are creating a HEALTHY LEADERSHIP CULTURE – We pray for and serve our teams skillfully and selflessly as we continue to learn and grow. We think ahead and are prepared to be effective and efficient as we minister with the people’s offerings. We SHEPHERD and minister TO people by ministering THROUGH people. We have a STRONG FINANCIAL POSITION to be effective in ministry. All our debts are paid in full. As we seek the Kingdom, God supplies all our needs. The people bring offerings so that there is even great abundance left over.
