New Control – Romans 8:5-11
Sunday, January 11, 2026
Pastor Mike Bailey
Introduction
The Apostle Paul reminds us that in Christ we are no longer condemned, controlled by sin, or driven by fear. Instead, we are given new life, led by the Spirit, and empowered to live in a way that pleases God. Over four weeks—New Life, New Control, New Obligations, and New Attitude—we will discover what it means to walk in freedom, replace fear with hope, and live confidently as God’s sons and daughters. This new year, don’t just try harder—be Made New.
