• What happened?
• Why did it happen?
• What did I miss along the way?
• Why did I make the wrong choice? Assumptions? Ego? Speed? Needs?
• Have I made the same or a similar mistake?
• What do I need to learn and do differently to be more effective and successful the next time?

Consult God about everything and everyone, first!
