For a child is born to us, a son is given to us … and he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

 

Jesus came to be our — “Wonderful Counselor!”

 

James 1:5 (NLT)

If you need wisdom—if you want to know what God wants you to do—ask him, and he will gladly tell you.

 

Isaiah 8:19-20 (NLT)
Someone may say to you, “Let’s ask the mediums and those who consult the spirits of the dead. With their whisperings and mutterings, they will tell us what to do.” But shouldn’t people ask God for guidance? … 20 Look to God’s instructions and teachings!

Jesus came to be our — “Prince of Peace!”

He was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our sins; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
