Seize The Season | Part 2 – Season Seizing Rhythm!

Rhythm is something you either have or don’t have, but when you have it, you have it all over.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NLT) — For everything there is a season, a time (literally rhythm) for every activity under heaven.

 

To make the most of seasons, and our life we must –

Rhythmically!

 

God created seasons to function rhythmically!

 

Genesis 1:14 (NLT)

Then God said, “Let great lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them mark off the seasons, days, and years.

 

God created days to function rhythmically!

 

God created years to function rhythmically!

 

God created animals to function rhythmically!

 

Jeremiah 8:7 (TLB)

The stork knows the time of her migration, as does the turtledove, the crane, and the swallow. They all return at God’s appointed time each year

 

God created us to function rhythmically!

 

To make the most of seasons, and our life we must –

Rhythmically!

 

Exodus 20:9-11 (NLT)

You have six days each week for your ordinary work, 10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of rest dedicated to the LORD your God . . . 11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and everything in them; but on the seventh day he rested. That is why the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy.

 

We need to prioritize a godly in life!

 

Colossians 2:16 (NLT)

Don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new-moon ceremonies or Sabbaths.

 

#1: Rest !

 

Luke 8:23 (NLT) — As they sailed across, Jesus settled down for a nap.

 

#2: Divert !

#4: Abandon !

Remember that you were once slaves in Egypt and that the Lord your God brought you out with amazing power and mighty deeds. That is why the Lord your God has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day.
