“ENTERING INTO GOD’S PRESENCE”

- Praise and Worship are similar (because they are expressed outwardly, they are vocal, and they are expressed in a similar context), but they originate from a different setting of the heart.
- THE PRECEPT OF REMEMBERING WHAT GOD HAS DONE. Psalm 36:5; Psalm 100:5
- Worship is occupied with who the Lord is and what the Lord is doing.
- Worship is singing the way God likes.
- THE PRECEPT OF CORPORATE PRAISE & WORSHIP.
- When we worship the Lord, a spirit of thanksgiving enters in.
- When we worship, God wants our praise to be heard. Psalm 66:8
- THE PRECEPT OF CORPORATE INTERCESSION.

The act of praying or pleading with God on behalf of someone else or something else is commonly called intercession. John 17:9-21; Romans 8:34
A. The Power of Corporate Prayer:
- The agreement and power of corporate prayer brings God into situations.
- Corporate prayer brings unbroken communion with God and others.
- Corporate prayer and praise sets our hearts on the sovereignty of God.
- Corporate prayer unites us with the atmosphere of heaven.
- A prayer group is an executive body in the government of the universe to transact kingdom business and enforce God’s decrees. Matthew 6:10; 18:18.
- Prayer Partners are burden bearers. Galatians 6:2
B. The Characteristics of Corporate Prayer. II Chronicles 30
- We identify in corporate intercession.
- We sacrifice in corporate intercession.
The level of sacrifice determines the level of authority.
