The announcement was that Jesus was coming as a “Savior” for “all people.”

The fact is the day is coming when everyone in the history of humanity will acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus.
Philippians 2:10-11 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
We can either meet Jesus in judgment or we can meet Him in faith.

The angels had witnessed something in the birth of Christ that set in motion a chain of events that would make the redemption of mankind feasible through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
