Everyone can worship. Everyone should enjoy worship. The shepherds were common working men. The wise men were sophisticated, educated men. Both engaged in the worship of baby Jesus. Worship means “to ascribe worth toward.” You can worship with singing, serving, and giving. You can worship inwardly like Mary who pondered things in her heart. You can worship outwardly like the heavenly host praising God in the sky. The point is that you take time to worship at the feet of Jesus. I. We worship because of His . (1-6) From a purely human perspective, this was a very moment, but from a Divine sovereignty perspective, this was a very important, moment. No matter how unusual, untimely, or the situation or circumstance, God is sovereignly accomplishing His purpose and His perfect .
